Zbytečná cesta, 60 km jen proto, abychom zaplatili 2000 Kč za dovoz auta z Brna. Až bude v Praze přijedeme znovu. Daly by se penize poslat na účet, tak, jako jinde.

Possibly the worst customer I have ever experienced. We found a vehicle we wanted and reserved it online. We received a call within a few minutes asking us to come there to handle the finance of the car, and because of COVID, they are only making appointments to see vehicles and do the paperwork. We agreed. They called to confirm our appointment two times beforehand. Once there, customers MUST stand outside the locked dealership while staff come in and out. No one from there greeted us - they just walked past us - we stood in the cold cold parking lot trying to get the attention of anyone working. Eventually we stopped someone and explained we had a 2pm appointment and showed them one of the 2 texts they sent confirming. We were told to wait. We waited. And waited. And waited. FOR TWO HOURS. Normally not such a big deal - but we have our 7 month old daughter with us, and it's extremely cold. It became very clear eventually they were just ignoring us. So, we left. I called the call center and explained to the gentleman who set the appointment that we couldn't wait any longer. He promised us he would call the dealership and pleaded with us to go back. We did and waited another 20 minutes. Finally, after becoming impatient and demanding to see someone, the manager told us he was sending someone to speak to us before closing and locking the gate behind us while we stand in the parking lot. Eventually a young man who was maybe 19 comes out. We explained that we were ready to purchase ; my wife is Czech / Italian (but doesnt speak Czech that well) and we were just there to fill out the financial paperwork. Then, he tells us.... "Oh, you need to bring a fully proficient native speaker with you if you're doing the finance". We just left. I called the gentleman in the call center who said that was absolutely not true - that non-native speakers buy cars all the time. Between buying for work and personal use, I've bought over 45 cars in my lifetime. I've never seen a car dealership who just didn't care this much before. We were there to buy and ready to drive away in a car. WE ARRIVED AT 2PM, LEFT AT 4:45 WITHOUT SPEAKING TO ANYONE.They just didn't have time for us. Pity.

Naprosto tragický zákaznický přístup. V době nouzového stavu jsou schopni si najednou objednat tolik lidí, že je nestihnou obsloužit a je nutné čekat několik hodin v mrazu... Přesvědčili mě, abych to zkusil znovu v termín, který není tolik obsazený. Čekal jsem půl hodiny na to, až se pán, který má klíče od auta v kapse, vrátí z porady. Když přišel, byl spíše arogantní a vysvětloval, že měl důležitý meeting a z jeho slov jsem měl skoro pocit, že bych se mu měl omluvit já za svou netrpělivost. Odjel jsem, aniž bych auto viděl a v Auto ESA už mě nikdy nikdo neuvidí.
